One of the many things I am loving about being in the U.S. is the sheer vastness of things to do with children.

The only thing I make out of flour with any regularity is injera. And this is because I know my survival depends on it --- I really CAN NOT live without Ethiopian food.
The other day, a good friend of mine came over to our home and organized a cookie making session.
My kiddos loved it.
