Drying Carcass

Food in China is incredibly varied and made in millions of ways.

I took this picture in my neighborhood.

I have no idea what kind of meat it is.

Hanna's Gravatar I'm sorry but this looks really sick and truly unhealthy. I can only imagine what the body, that consumes it, will think while trying to digest this. I think everyone should be a vegan....save the animals....

I'm sure the stench must have been horrible.

Spring's Gravatar I remember the skinned ducks hanging out in front of stores and the buckets of live eels thrashing in the market. Takes getting used to, I suppose. Just wait Yemi, soon it will be time for the new year and all the wonders that brings!

Yemi's Gravatar Spring, I had no idea you have been to China! Fascinating place, isn't it?

Oromay lol! Yup, that is why the name of my blog is such.

Hayatt, there is so much stuff like this.... If I were to stop eating meat, I would have done so by now indeed.

Diana, I am with you on the guesses!

courtney's Gravatar Hmm. Now THAT would take some getting used to. I can't help but wonder what your little guy thinks of it. I suppose I tended to be the more meek of heart growing up- chances are fairly high I would have gone running the other direction, perhaps with tears running down my cheeks. My bets are that your son is super interested... much braver than I was. ;-)
