Yoga for Babies: Dinbit Demonstrates!
1. Make sure you are sitting on a comfortable surface!
2. Move your leg as far apart as possible.
Use your left hand for support if you need to.
3. Place both hands between your legs.
Bring your face down to the surface on which you are sitting.
Go only as far as you can but remember, licking the surface is the objective.
4. Raise your head back up.
Again, use your left hand if you need support.
Repeat many times.
Especially if you want to make your parents happy.
Physical exhaustion = Longer naps.
Longer naps = Happy Parents.
