You know you are a mother of a newborn when the number of times you have been puked on is greater than the number of hours you get to sleep.

i second that. a friend once told me that after you've been peed on, pooped on, and thrown up on so many times, it all becomes lotion. just rub it in. i laughed, but i think it was the best thing anyone told me. if anything, having kids is not for the squeamish.
