At the Beach Outside of Hoi An

We met up with some friends in Hoi An and spent a few days together before they decided to move on to another part of the country. Since the weather had warmed up, we decided to have a nice picnic at the beach. And yes, we did get to use some of our beach stuff.

We biked from the town to a quiet beach some 8 kilometers away. I was seriously afraid for my life when I got on my bicycle but by the time I crossed a couple of busy scooter streets, I was comfortable.

We biked a total of 16 km (round trip). I feel I may be getting some of my fitness back during this trip...at least until we return to Dalian's frigid weather.
