Portrait of a Sweet Relationship: My Mother, My Son
Every day when we get off the elevator and walk to our "adis bet" (new home), Buchela asks if "Amaye" is going to be there.
When I unlock the door to the apartment, he runs in calling "Amaye!" "Amaye!" and looks around.
If he doesn't find her, for a brief moment, he gets upset.
Every. Single. Day.

I hope everything is okay with your family. Buchela is certainly growing up. How neat that he had his very first swing experience!

yene emaye, yene Emaye ..to imply that she is only his and not ours and we get a kick out of making him jealous :)

Yes, I am back. I really want to keep blogging but sometimes it is impossible because I have so much to do between work, my kids, and doctor stuff.
I think I am in the swing of things. So, I should be able to update at least a couple of times a week, if not more.
Thank you all for keeping up with me and for sending me some very thoughtful messages.
Look at the way his face lights up when he sees his grandma!
