Virginia Tech Massacre: Lives Lost, Lives Weighed

We would all like to believe all people are created equal but time and again we are reminded all lives are not valued alike.

When I first heard about the shooting incident at the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg my immediate reaction was to dismiss it as another terrible incident blown out of proportion.

Seme, death of anyone is painful to their family. I agree with you. When CNN covers people's the death we don't know, through the process of the coverage, we get to know them, so we feel for them strongly...
