Back in the US of A
When we landed in LA, my husband exclaimed "We are in the most polluted US city but yet I haven't seen skies this clear in long long time."
It was good to be back on the ground. The plane ride was uncomfortable. Buchela was a champ. It was really hard on him but he was still nice to us.
In LA, we went to Mesob Ethiopian restaurant in Little Ethiopia. We found Little Ethiopia to be indeed little.
And cute.
Food was delicious. Buchela's father kept on reminding me to slow down but I ended up over eating any way. I felt pretty sick after wards but it was totally worth it!
We are now safely tucked away in Colorado. We are trying to get over the jet lag.
Yesterday Buchela slept the whole night for the first time since the trip. I on the other hand stayed up from 12 am to 6 am and fell asleep for an hour before Buchela woke me up.
It is snowing here. The pine trees are covered in white. The air is crisp and cold. The Rocky mountains surround us.
It is truly beautiful.

Congratulations for your new baby.
Enjoy your trip and kiss Buchela for me!!
